We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started!
Joining a fitness program can be both an exciting and intimidating experience. The following are some of the most common questions members ask during their first month or two with us. If you have a question, not included here, or want help getting started, simply ask us. We’re here to help you.
How do I use my fitness coaching sessions each month?
Your membership agreement provides you with unlimited training sessions each month. Training sessions are available by appointment and you may schedule as many as you'd like each month. For your convenience you may use our online scheduling system or schedule your sessions at the studio.
Also as a bonus you can come into the studio to train on your own without an appointment during open hours.
How do I set-up appointments for my first few workouts?
Give us a call or email us – we try to accommodate everyone as best as possible. During your initial appointment your fitness coach will set you up on your own program, tailoring the length, frequency and type of workout to your individual needs. To schedule future sessions, you can set them up before you leave, on your own on our scheduling site or you can give us a call. Appointments can also be scheduled on a recurring basis. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
What do I do when I arrive for a training session?
Just say “hi!” Let your fitness coach know that you’re here. If you are going to be measured for changes in body fat – don’t start your warm up until afterwards. Your fitness coach will let you know when your measurements will be taken. If you have any questions or concerns, this is also a great time to get those addressed.
How do I learn how to use the equipment?
Your first workout appointments will include instruction on all of the equipment needed for your program at this stage. If you have a question about a piece of equipment, please ask. We will be happy to help you!
What is your session cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel scheduled coaching sessions.
